Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro; shipping is added at checkout. Payment is due on ordering. Goods are dispatched from Germany.

What we sell

We sell children's garden play equipment — swing sets, slides, climbing frames, timber play towers and complexes and accessories. What is included, platform heights, the frame material and the recommended age range are stated on each listing for domestic use.

Assembly, installation and safety

Our play equipment is for domestic (home garden) use and is designed for children within the age and weight range stated on each listing. It is assembled by an adult and is for use under adult supervision. Install it on level ground, anchor it to the ground as the instructions require, and keep the stated clearance around swings and other moving parts. An impact-absorbing surface — bark, grass or play tiles — under and around the equipment is strongly recommended. Inspect fixings, ropes and chains regularly and keep them tight.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and the statutory warranty; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
